By accessing or using Vseebox’s online platform, software, hardware, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Vseebox provides cloud-connected media storage, streaming, and content management solutions. The Service includes:
Hardware Devices (e.g., Vseebox players, storage units);
Software (mobile/web apps, firmware, SDKs);
Cloud Services (data synchronization, analytics).
Service availability may vary based on user location and network conditions. Beta features (labeled as "Beta" or "Pre-release") are provided "AS IS" without warranties 39.
Users must provide accurate registration data (name, email, payment details).
Age Restriction: Service is not directed to users under 16 years old. Minors may only use the Service under parental supervision 9.
You are responsible for maintaining login credentials confidentiality. Notify support@vssebox.co immediately of unauthorized access.
Subscription fees are specified at checkout. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or under Section 4.3 38.
Taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT) are additional and calculated based on user location.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled ≥30 days before renewal. Users may cancel via account dashboard or email to support@vssebox.co.
Refunds are only issued for:
Hardware defects within 30 days of delivery;
Service outages exceeding 48 hours not caused by user error.
Submit claims to support@vssebox.co with proof of issue 16.
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify Vseebox SDKs/firmware (customization requires formal developer status per 57);
Resell, lease, or commercially exploit the Service without written consent;
Upload illegal content or violate third-party IP rights.
You retain ownership of content stored/processed via Vseebox but grant Vseebox a royalty-free license to host, transmit, and back up such conte
Vseebox-Owned IP: All software, trademarks, patents, and documentation remain Vseebox property.
User Feedback: Suggestions submitted to Vseebox become its property without compensation 3.
VSEEBOX DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE). SERVICE PERFORMANCE DEPENDS ON THIRD-PARTY NETWORKS (e.g., ISPs, CDNs), FOR WHICH VSEEBOX IS NOT LIABLE 89.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VSEEBOX’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS. EXCLUDED: DAMAGES ARISING FROM GROSS NEGLIGENCE, DEATH, OR PERSONAL INJURY 89.
Cancel subscriptions via account dashboard or email to support@vssebox.co. Data will be deleted 90 days post-termination.
We may suspend or terminate access for:
Breach of Terms (e.g., payment delinquency >30 days);
Illegal Activity (e.g., copyright infringement).
Advance notice (≥10 days) will be provided except for severe violations 38.
US Users: Governed by California law; disputes resolved in state/courts of San Francisco, CA.
Canadian Users: Governed by Ontario law; disputes resolved in Toronto, ON courts.
Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually, not as class actions 910.
Vseebox may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice (email or in-app notification). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
