# Vseebox Refund Policy
At Vseebox, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how we handle returns and refunds for customers in the United States and Canada.
## 1. Standard Return Window
* You have **30 days** from the date of delivery to request a return for most physical Vseebox products.
## 2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
* The item must be **unused, in its original packaging**, and in the same condition as when you received it.
* All included accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation must be present.
* The item must not show signs of damage, wear, or misuse.
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
## 3. Non-Returnable Items
* Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" (will be clearly labeled).
* Products damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
* Personalized or custom-made products.
## 4. How to Initiate a Return

* Your order number.
* The product name(s) you wish to return.
* The reason for the return.
2. **Receive Instructions:** We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. **Do not ship items back without an RMA number.**
3. **Ship Your Return:** Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (or equivalent), include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
## 5. Refund Processing
* Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your **original payment method** within 5-10 business days.
* **Important:** Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
